Booking Information

Here is a summary of our booking conditions, together with some useful information about your stay. Please contact us if you have a question. Our full terms and conditions will be provided during our booking process.

• Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday. Arrival is from 4.00 pm and departure by no later than 10.00 am.
• Short breaks are available in low season and may also be available at other times on a last minute basis. These are usually either for three night weekend breaks from Friday to Monday or four night midweek breaks from Monday to Friday.
• All prices are in Pounds GB and are fully inclusive of electricity, full central heating, bed linen and towels. We provide one bathsheet and one hand towel per person, as well as bath mats and dishwasher tablets.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable six weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made within six weeks of the arrival date, the rent must be paid in full at the time of booking. All payments shall be made by cheque or credit / debit card. Cheques should be made payable to Bee Hill Properties.
• A cot, high chair, stairgate and folding bed are available at no extra charge, but please bring your own cot linen.
• If you have someone less able in your party, please contact us to discuss your requirements before making a booking.
• For the comfort of all of our guests, the cottages are strictly non smoking.
• We will accept a maximum of three well behaved dogs subject to an additional cleaning charge of £25.00 per stay per dog.

Rent Waiver

• Your booking constitutes a legal contract. If you have to cancel for any reason, you will lose your deposit and still have to pay the full cost of your booking.
• As an alternative to you arranging holiday cancellation insurance, we provide a rent waiver scheme. We will refund the full rent paid by you (or your deposit and waive payment of the balance due) if you cannot fulfil the contract due to the ill health of someone in your party or the death of a close relative. We provide this protection in return for a single payment of 4% of the rental. Payment is required at the time of booking.
